The photo description states that "the vehicles that fly the special licenses of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee and the Municipal Government of the Municipality ... are far more advanced than the state-level ministerial-level vehicle allocation standards." The reporter learned from the Yulin City Commission for Discipline Inspection that the local city, county committee for discipline inspection, and the bus administration office are currently organizing inspections to study and dispose of the car-by-car classification of exposed and self-identified severely over-standard official vehicles. According to statistics, since the 15th, Yulin City has sealed a total of 153 illegal vehicles in violation of regulations.

Of the 25 official vehicles that were exposed by the media, 9 have been certified as official super vehicles, some of which have been sealed. Yulin Commission for Discipline Inspection and other departments conducted verification and comparison of vehicles disclosed in media reports, including 9 municipal administrative institutions, 2 municipal companies, 1 provincial direct management unit, 1 provincial enterprise, 2 social organizations, and individuals. 3 cars, 7 decks. According to Xu Dengkui, director of the Yulin Vehicle Administration Institute, the official vehicles of the 9 municipal administrative and institutional units are mostly Toyota SUVs, with prices ranging from 260,000 to 690,000 yuan.

The local authorities have collected and sealed out vehicles exceeding the standard of the administrative institutions, which are in violation of the regulations governing the use of official vehicles, and will handle auctions. According to reports, the leading leaders of the Yulin Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government have issued instructions and issued the “Urgent Notice on Reiterating the Prohibition of Violating the Regulation of Purchasing and Using Exceed Standard Vehicles”, and at the same time convened a special meeting to strictly implement provincial and municipal corrections to deal with illegal official vehicles. Relevant regulations stipulate that the vehicles that were purchased before January 6, 2011 shall be classified and responsible according to the principle of classification and responsibility, and shall be collected and sealed by various departments of the counties and districts and dealt with in accordance with the regulations; the vehicles that have been purchased after January 6, 2011 shall be strictly controlled. In accordance with the prescribed time limit, the procedures for warrants such as vehicles, driving licenses, registration certificates, etc. shall be submitted to the municipal bus administration office for centralized storage and shall be handled as prescribed. It is forbidden to open the imported off-road vehicles that are to be treated for storage, domestic-made off-road vehicles, and super-sized cars.

At the same time, Yulin will strictly control the newly purchased vehicles. Relevant departments require that all units at all levels must not purchase new vehicles before the city’s administrative institution’s new vehicles have been finalized. If they do need to purchase, they must strictly follow the vehicle purchase and approval procedures as stipulated in the document, and may not purchase new vehicles without authorization.
