Video microscope

Video microscopes, also known as electron microscopes and digital microscopes. According to the work signal output, it can be called USB microscope, USB electron microscope, CCD electron microscope and USB digital microscope. The main principle of work is to convert the image seen by the optical lens into an electronic signal by an industrial camera and transmit it to a monitor or computer for macroscopic observation.

Currently, video microscopes are generally divided into two categories based on the signals they output. Simply put, it is divided into two connected to the monitor (VGA and HDMI output) and connected to the computer (USB output).

So what's the difference between these two types? First of all, connected to the monitor, using an industrial camera with a VGA or HDMI output. Compared to the USB output microscope, it is directly connected to the monitor, without going through the host computer, and without having to install the driver software, you can observe. Particularly suitable for working on the production line; and, this type of microscope, the reaction speed is very fast, so greatly improving the efficiency of the test.

Connected to a computer, an industrial camera with a USB output is used. This type of microscope is viewed by connecting to a host computer and installing a driver. Compared to the VGA output microscope, it is a bit more tedious in the operation and installation. However, it has the advantage that it has a variety of high resolutions and is better at imaging; in addition, it can photograph, store, and measure the observed objects.
