Magnetic separation is a beneficiation method that uses the difference in magnetic properties of various minerals to sort in the magnetic field of a magnetic separator. As shown in Fig. 1 , when the ore particles having different magnetic properties pass through the magnetic field of the magnetic separator, they are inevitably subjected to magnetic force and mechanical force. Since the magnetic particles with strong magnetic properties and the magnetic particles with weak magnetic properties are different in magnetic force, different trajectories are generated, so that the ore particles are divided into two or more separate beneficiation products according to their magnetic properties.
