The United States Tahaier’s suspension system was acquired by MAT Capital

Reyco Granning, a manufacturer of suspension systems under the U.S. Tathill Group, was recently acquired by MAT Capital.

MAT Capital is a subsidiary of MAT, a supplier of automotive and power components. Founded in 1924, Reyco Granning has been supplying suspension systems for trucks, trailers and special vehicles for 85 years.

Ray Mueller, president of Reyco Granning, said: “We are very happy to find a strategic partner like MAT. Our aim is to provide our customers with quality service and create a bright future for our employees. At this point MAT's ideas are consistent with ours.”

MAT is not only able to provide stable financial support for Reyco Granning, but also a partner with experience in the automotive industry.

Mueller added: "Our executive team will not change. This team has been established since early 2010 and has led the company to a very good performance."
