Manhole description

1.) Manhole Cover is equipped on the top of tank truck.
 

2.) It is the entrance of fluid transfer operation inspection and maintaining the inside tank. It can protect the tank when involving in an emergency.

With P/V vent inside to adjust the pressure. When there is pressure differences betweeen inside and outside the tanker. It will automatically inlet or exhaust air when there is accident o under high temperature. 

 

3.) Under normal practice, vent is closed When loading and unloading and temperature variation, it will cause the pressure variation inside the tank, such as air pressure and negative vacuum pressure, the vent of manhole cover will be closed automatically in order to keep the tank under a normal pressure.

 

4.) When involving in emergency, such as a car accident, the Emergency Exhaust Valve will open the inside tank, meets the setting, in order to prevent explosion.

 

5.) It has second class open design, when open the up binder plate. It will release the pressure out to provent the worker from pushing over.

 

6.) There are two blinding holes which can be installed with optic sensor, dip tube or external vacuum valve according to user's demend.

 

7.) Hooped connecting way which instead of flanged connecting to make the installation more convenient and reliable.

 

8.)  It is internationally accepted,and specified,by oil companies  around the world to assist with the safe transportation of petroleum based products. It is suitable to transport petroleum, diesel, kerosene amd the other light oil.

We are the inventor of automatic down weighing and filling machine. All filling machines are applied in down garments enterprise filling process, and are applicable to 90, 80, 70, 60 and 50 down. High pressure air is used to absorb down through the automatic weighing system, and to fill the panel with a preset weight of down. With dual or triple or fourth weighting system, the speed of down-filling machine is 2-4 times faster than that of manual method, down-filling is no longer needed skilled workers. Non-contact weighing method is used and the highest precision of single down filling can reach 0.01g even 0.001g; According to given target gram weight, the actual down gram weight will be automatically increased or reduced as necessary during filling.
