 On the road of new energy vehicles , all electric car owners are afraid that they have experienced nine hundred and eighty-one! In order to understand the various problems encountered in the current electric vehicle travel process, we specially selected the “People to find the 茬†activity in the charging pile APP of the general electric vehicle owners in the eleventh period. The event requires the owners to be in the eleventh. If there is a charging problem during the trip, comment and spit directly at the corresponding site in the charging station APP.
The event will be held from October 1st to 16th, covering 54 cities, 322 sites, 27 operators, and 312 participating car owners. A total of 1493 site comments will be included, including questions about #找茬#. A total of 448. Statistical analysis of the data during the event, and finally sorted out several common problems, in order to attract the attention of the new energy related departments.
After statistical analysis of all comments, it can be summarized into the following four common problems:
1. The charging pile is damaged or faulty;
Second, the problem of charging the surrounding area;
Third, the models are not compatible;
Fourth, the cost is expensive;
Based on all the comments, this report will conduct a holistic and split analysis of these four types of common problems and discuss the reasons for each problem.
By the end of 2015, 3,600 rechargeable power stations have been built in China, and 49,000 public charging piles have been built. It is expected that there will be 2,000 replacement and replacement stations and 100,000 public charging piles by the end of 2016 (Source: 2016-2022 China Charging Piles) Market depth research and development strategy research analysis report). Among them, East China, South China, and North China account for 74% of the total, especially in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou as the main cities for peripheral radiation.
The above picture shows the data of all the comments classified according to the problem. It can be seen that there are problems in the pile itself, and the position of the oil truck around the pile and the internal parking space are not allowed to enter. The proportion of the normal charging is as high as 83%, followed by the model. Incompatibility accounts for 12% and costs are 5%. The problem of the pile itself has become the biggest obstacle for new energy owners to travel. “It is easy to build piles and difficult to maintain†is a true portrayal of the current problem!
The above picture shows the distribution of problems in the 23 cities with the most travel problems. It can be seen that the problems of new energy owners are mainly concentrated in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and the surrounding areas, especially in North China. The most significant problems in all cities are basically : The charging post is damaged or malfunctioning.
The above figure shows the distribution map of each operator according to the number of occurrences of travel problems. It can be seen from the figure that the national grid is responsible for the most frequent feedback of the national network high-speed and national grid piles, followed by star charging, special calls, and Putian new energy. .
The first difficulty: damage or failure of the charging pile
This problem occurred 257 times in this activity, accounting for 57%, which is the most direct cause of the failure of the owners to travel. The following picture shows the two question pile comments page selected in the charging pile APP.
As can be seen from the above figures, the pile failure rates in Beijing, Baoding, Zhangjiakou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Shanghai are relatively high. The main causes of the failure are: multi-vehicle charging when the voltage is low, causing jumps, two-dimensional code and the card socket are vulnerable, the pile is offline, the high-speed pile is not energized, the account is rich but the charging is stopped for no reason, the charging start is abnormal, and the card is locked without any reason. The lock is grabbed and the touch screen is damaged.
The above figure shows the percentage of operators in the activity statistics. The State Grid Expressway and the State Grid account for 69%, and the star charging and special calls account for 19%, which is the main source of failure. The main reasons for the analysis are: high usage rate, high failure rate, untimely maintenance after failure, improper operation of the user's power failure, improper operation of the card, and the user does not know that the national network can be energized in advance.
The second difficulty: the problem of charging the surrounding area
The problem surrounding the charging pile is the most frequently mentioned problem after the pile itself. In the comments, there were 118 times, accounting for 26%. The problem surrounding the charging pile, including the oil tank occupancy, is the reason why the owner cannot charge or the charging experience is poor. The following figure is the comment page of two such questions selected in the charging pile APP.
As can be seen from the above figure, the frequency of surrounding problems in charging piles in Beijing, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Zhangjiakou is relatively high. From the specific comments, the main reasons for this problem are: oil car electric car occupancy, charging time and internal personnel restrictions, express train drivers lead to serious queues, site near toilet garbage station or entrance and exit is not obvious, the station is not equipped with charging Guns, illegal charges for illegal personnel, and guards at hospital hotel entertainment venues.
The above picture shows the probability of occurrence of this problem in the statistics of the operators in the activity. The distribution of several major operators is relatively uniform. The national grid, the national grid, the star charging, and the special call are 26%, 15%, 18%, respectively. 18%, a total of 77%. The piles causing this problem are basically distributed in the business districts where the crowds are densely populated, and the stations are basically free of management personnel, while the sites in the non-commercial areas are poor in the surrounding environment.
The third difficulty: the model is not compatible
The incompatibility problem was mainly caused by a mismatch between several specific new energy vehicles and specific piles. This problem occurred 53 times in the comments, accounting for 12%. The following figure shows two comment pages selected in the charging station APP that have this problem.
As can be seen from the above figure, BYD and JAC are incompatible with each other, accounting for 65% and 19% respectively. The remaining incompatible models also include related models of BMW, Huatai, Chery and Tengshi. It is known from the specific comments that the incompatibility mainly occurs in the piles of Xu Ji, Aoneng and Luneng.
As can be seen from the above figure, the incompatibility of the models at the National Expressway is 56% higher, and the pile incompatibility of the State Grid in the urban area accounts for 24%. The main situation causing this problem is that the car companies and the pile enterprises need a certain time to match in the respective upgrade process.
The fourth difficulty: expensive
On the whole, the charging consumption of new energy vehicles is lower than that of oil trucks. Therefore, this item has 20 occurrences in all feedback problems, accounting for 5%, which is a small probability event. The following figure shows two comment pages selected in the charging station APP that have this problem.
The above picture shows that Beijing and Hebei Luzhou are more expensive, accounting for 45% and 15% respectively, followed by Shanghai with 10%. The charge is mainly divided into two parts: electricity and parking fees, while parking fees are a common problem.
According to the statistics, the charging fee for the star charging pile is the most expensive, followed by E-fill station APP, State Grid Expressway and Putian New Energy. According to the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Application of New Energy Vehicles " issued in 2014, "Charging facilities operators can charge electricity and charging service fees to electric vehicle users. Before 2020, the government-guided price for electric vehicle charging service fees will be implemented. Management." In view of this, it is expected that there will be a new policy on new energy vehicles in 2020, and electricity and service fees may be unified.
In the context of new energy sources, it is no exaggeration to say that after each new charging station is built, dozens of mine-clearing pioneers will be required to conduct on-the-spot reconnaissance.
