In 1981, a heavy medium sorting workshop was built to treat the crushed ore and produce pre-enriched concentrates with a yield less than 70% of the original ore and a metal recovery rate of over 90%. The plant has increased the ore processing capacity to 3.2 million tons per year to meet the goal of producing 180,000 tons of metal per year.
