LED industry booms, the performance of enterprises has increased


LED companies have successively launched the first quarter of 2014 performance report. In the fourth quarter, Dongbei’s single-season profit is expected to hit a new high in eight seasons.

At present, Yiguang is expected to be the profitable king in LED chip companies. In the first quarter of the year, Everlight's revenue was 6.227 billion yuan, a quarterly decrease of about 8 and an annual increase of more than 25; but the first quarter gross margin was better than 25.95 in the fourth quarter of last year, so the first quarter profit will be better than the fourth quarter of last year.
In response to this year's outlook, the major manufacturers are different from the conservative attitude of the past two years and have expressed optimism. Chairman of Everlight also said that LED penetration rate is rising rapidly. This year's profit should be better than last year. In the future, countries will benefit from the ban on incandescent bulbs, the price of products tends to be sweet in the market, and the global warming and other factors will detonate. The demand for LED lighting industry has sailed, and the industrial order has gradually returned to a steady state.
