Description

DZG rotary vacuum dryer is a kind of new type sterile drying equipment. Its tank is installed in the sterile workshop, and the transmission parts and supports are installed in the outside of the sterile room. The middle parts is separated by a wall, and sealed by the silicon sealing ring, so as to ensure normal operation and production in the sterile area. This single-arm Vacuum Drying Equipment is suitable for aseptic production, which can effectively guarantee the product quality and fully meet the GMP standards.

 

Application

DZG rotary vacuum dryer is used for vacuum drying and mixing powdery and granular materials in pharmaceutical, health care products, food, chemical and other industries.

 

Features

1.       The manhole cover on the tank adopts arc transition, which can avoid dead angle and accumulations. Cover is equipped with vibrating copper hammer in order to achieve the effect of anti-sticking and shaking off materials.

2.       This vacuum drying equipment uses steam or hot water heating, and rotary joint for mechanical seal, thus ensuring operation without leakage.

3.       DZG rotary vacuum dryer should use three or multipoint metal sintering nets in order to prevent the traditional filter bag and the abrasive dust of sealing cover from falling off. The sintering nets are easy to disassemble and clean.

4.       There is a temperature measurement table on the tank. It is convenient to observe and adjust the temperature at any time.

5.       The tank is equipped with a vacuum feeding and discharging outlet, also as sample connection, convenient for feeding and taking samples.

6.       This vacuum drying equipment adopt quick-opening manhole, easy to operate, maintain, clean and sterilize.
