1. Principle:
PSA oxygen generator uses clean compressed air as raw material and zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) asÂ
sorbent, to produce oxygen gas with Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology in normalÂ
temperature. Comparing with oxygen, nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by ZMS while at high pressure.Â
ZMS releases adsorbed nitrogen at low pressure, which is called regeneration. The oil free and dustfreeÂ
compressed air enters one of the two adsorption towers filled with ZMS. Nitrogen is adsorbed ZMS microÂ
pores and then retained and leaves oxygen as product gas. When ZMS in one tower is saturated withÂ
nitrogen, the adsorption tower is depressurized and ZMS is regenerated for next cycle. While one towerÂ
finishes the cycle, the other adsorption tower starts to work. With control on/off state of the pneumatic valveÂ
by PLC, to separate nitrogen and oxygen gas, and create continuous flow of oxygen with required purity.

Skid structure, easy installation.
When oxygen generator reaches site, just connect the air compressor into main machine, then with one
simple touch on the start, the whole machine starts to work, no need for site installation, site training,etc. No
need for Gamma engineers go to site, further saving customer's cost.
Special filling device
Making the fill of molecular sieve achieve max density and evenness. Getting rid of carbon molecular sieve
creeping and wearing and "tunnel effect" from the root. Therefore the molecular sieve has longer lifetime,
higher utility ratio and lower material air consumption.
Special gas distributors
Equipped at both top and bottom side of the adsorption tower adapting multi-layer hole plate structure and
special hole arrangement. These makes gas distribution within tower more efficient.
Pipeline flow speed control technology
Making the molecular sieve avoid damage caused by collision by "boiling" at the top of adsorption tower, no
need extra pressing device.
