Since 2010, Deutz FAW (Dalian) Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. has sold 1,264 units at Sany Heavy Industry Pumping Company. The excellent quality and excellent service of the company's Deutz products won praise from Sany. Taking this as an opportunity, Deutz FAW (Dalian) Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. successfully carried out the technical probation work of the Sanyi Road Project. In April 2010, a prototype motor grader was provided to Sany. In June, a roller prototype was provided. In July, a prototype of a paving machine was provided. Deutz FAW Diesel and Sany Heavy Industry have entered the "fast track" of healthy development.
In the process of road machine project cooperation in the process of product stereotypes, Deutz FAW Dapchai R & D Dept. put forward timely and targeted solutions and recommendations to assist Sany technical personnel to finalize the status of the product, for the next prototype review laid a good foundation.
In July 2010, Sany Heavy Industry invited Deutz FAW Dachai related personnel to Changsha to review the grader. Dachai Department of Quality Protection, production, service, research and development and other departments sent people to Changsha immediately. During the assessment process, the outdoor temperature reached 42 degrees, and Chen Chaoyu, the test engineer of the laboratory of Dichai's R&D department, tested the data in the cab, and the test required two hours of continuous work. In order to obtain accurate data and verify the reasons for the high water temperature, Chen Chao conducted three tests under various working conditions and configuration conditions. The test data of Deutz FAW Dachai provided a reliable basis for the high-level decision making of the Trinity Institute and ensured the success of subsequent products to the market.
